Merchandiser - Skincare & Haircare Brands

About the role

Pierre Fabre, a global dermo-cosmetics laboratory and market leader in pharmacy retail, is looking for a Merchandiser in Singapore. You will roll out the merchandising strategy of its skincare and haircare brands (Eau Thermale Avène, Aderma, René Furterer, Klorane) across points of sale, working with commercial teams to increase sell-out and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the merchandise mix and assortment according to the merchandising strategies set by Marketing and Commercial Direction
• Deploy and maintain merchandising elements, such as planograms, logos, shelf talkers, frames, floor displays and counter displays
• Determine the best placement for the brands, negotiate locations and win space in the point of sale
• Work with Marketing, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers on store segmentation, product launches and display strategy
• Oversee allocation, replenishment and merchandise control, including price changes, assortment updates and consolidations

Required profile

• Degree in Merchandising, Retail Management or Business
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in the beauty industry and drugstores is appreciated
• Outgoing personality, good communication skills in English, and excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
