Merchant Account Manager (F&B)

About the role

Grab's Singapore Commercial team builds and grows Grab's business in Singapore, with a focus on developing strategies that grow the accounts of F&B businesses across GrabFood. The Merchant Account Manager reports to the Head, Commercial, Food & Strategic Planning, works onsite in the One North office, and partners closely with merchants to grow their sales across Grab's services such as GrabExpress, GrabPay and GrabAds.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on increasing profitability, GMV and delivery volumes.
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals.
• Analyse merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimise growth and revenue.
• Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns and run regular business reviews with tailored solutions.
• Work with internal teams to deliver customised reporting, marketing support and product enhancements for merchants.

Required profile

• Experience in account management or business development.
• 3+ years of relevant account management experience.
• Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.
