About the role
Work at our partner stores (multiple locations). Sell and promote new or pre‑owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and promote new or pre‑owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels.
- Assist customers with sales, trade‑ins, and product inquiries.
- Data entry and other administrative duties.
- Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale.
- Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Any other operational requirement as determined by the store manager.
Required profile
- Good communication and people skills.
- Experience in retail is required.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems.
- Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade‑ins, and diagnostics.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
