NCG Agent – South Asia Hub

About the role

The NCG Agent supports the South Asia Hub by monitoring flight movements, activating contingency plans and providing timely updates on service incidents. Working closely with airlines, local customer service teams and internal stakeholders, the role ensures smooth inbound and outbound operations across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor flight movements proactively and trigger contingency actions when required.
• Provide accurate performance and incident reports to improve service quality.
• Offer tracing services and act as the interface between the network and local country customer service for problem resolution.
• Communicate with service providers to obtain flight details and coordinate service enhancements.
• Update internal systems (OURS, QCC) with incident reasons, transit‑time impact and corrective actions.
• Confirm uplift and recovery of all outbound and inbound movements.
• Handle dangerous goods and medical express shipments in compliance with Good Distribution Practice.
• Follow up on shipment issues, including DG handling and intercepted shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in airline, transportation or logistics.
• At least a diploma.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work shift patterns.

Required skills

• Familiarity with QCC system.
• Experience using OURS and UAS/AQCC platforms.
