Network & Systems Administrator

About the role

The Network & Systems Administrator will support end‑users and stakeholders with daily IT issues, manage network infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors. The role involves maintaining servers, implementing security measures, and ensuring smooth operation of critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Manage projects from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor, maintain, and upgrade network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and Windows servers.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Maintain SAP server robustness and support ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Business Central) and Salesforce.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
• Negotiate contracts, procure services, and manage vendor SLAs.
• Document configurations, procedures, and vendor interactions for future reference.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and vendor coordination.

Required skills

• Network hardware: routers, switches, firewalls.
• Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, SharePoint, Office).
• SAP server maintenance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Business Central) and Salesforce.
• IP phone and security system management.
• Hardware and software inventory tracking.
