About the role
Bilibili is building its first Singapore office and needs a hands‑on Office & HR Operations Lead to set up the workspace from scratch and manage day‑to‑day administrative and human‑resources functions. You will act as a general coordinator, partnering with China and global teams to ensure smooth operations and support the company’s early‑stage growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the 0‑to‑1 establishment of the Singapore office, including facility and equipment procurement, supply management and environment upkeep.
- Own full‑cycle admin work: meeting coordination, minute taking, action‑item tracking, visitor reception, and document/mail handling.
- Develop and optimise office SOPs, manage budget and expenses, verify invoices and review reimbursements.
- Provide end‑to‑end recruitment support: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and offer coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding, maintain personnel files and update HR system data.
- Support attendance and payroll data collation, organise employee engagement activities and implement HR policies.
- Collaborate with China and global teams to deliver admin and HR support for business initiatives and handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in administration and HR operations, with proven 0‑to‑1 office setup experience (must‑have).
- Experience in startups or multinational corporations is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for cross‑regional communication.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently in a fast‑paced, pioneering environment.
- Meticulous, result‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
