Office Manager & IT Operations

About the role

BitGo is looking for an energetic, detail‑oriented professional to lead office operations and provide first‑line IT support for its Singapore office. This fully onsite position blends facilities management, workplace experience, and basic technical troubleshooting to create a world‑class environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office administration, supplies, lunch program, and visitor reception.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management to maintain service levels and safety compliance.
• Partner with executive assistants and leadership on internal and external events, social gatherings, and off‑site retreats.
• Collaborate with HR on local perks, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide first‑line IT support, including hardware, software, Wi‑Fi, printers, email, and video‑conferencing tools.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding IT tasks such as account provisioning, device setup, and equipment collection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, track devices, and coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated issues.
• Support basic security practices like MFA setup, access control, and device encryption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in office operations, facilities, or workplace management.
• Hands‑on experience providing basic IT support in a professional setting.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Familiarity with property management processes and vendor coordination.
