Officer, Asset Management & Funds (Funds Team) - 1-Year Contract

About the role

The funds team contributes to the sustainable growth of the asset management industry and strengthens Singapore's position as a global funds centre for fund management and domiciliation. It monitors global industry trends to support growth areas such as investment fund structures like the Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) framework, and drives industry development projects. This is a 1-year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax incentive and grants administration work.
• Contribute to the implementation and refinement of the portal system currently under development.
• Review tax incentive and grant applications with industry players.
• Evaluate KPIs and handle exceptions.

Required profile

• No working experience required.
• Experience in the asset management industry is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt to change.
• Shortlisting may involve a medical declaration and/or further assessment; applicants are notified within 4 weeks of closing.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and careful, meticulous approach.
