Online Growth & Performance Marketing Expert

About the role

We are looking for an Online Growth & Performance Marketing Expert to design and execute end‑to‑end acquisition strategies for our international digital platform. You will own the full funnel, from initial user acquisition to long‑term engagement, driving rapid growth in new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and launch 0‑to‑1 growth strategies to acquire users, expand communities, and boost platform engagement across global markets.
• Hands‑on management and scaling of multi‑channel campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC/SEM) and emerging programmatic networks.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audience segments and bidding algorithms to lower CAC and increase LTV.
• Set up full‑funnel tracking and attribution models with tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust, delivering performance dashboards to leadership.
• Collaborate with creative and local ops teams to localise ad assets for diverse regional audiences.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing or paid user acquisition experience.
• Proven success in the 0‑1 growth phase for apps, digital content platforms, or gaming products in new markets.
• Deep understanding of mobile attribution platforms, SDK integrations and data‑privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic campaign adjustments.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
