Online Marketing Specialist, Strategy & Planning

About the role

We are looking for an Online Marketing Specialist who will shape and execute full‑funnel digital strategies across acquisition, re‑engagement, search, branding and lead generation. You will work closely with local marketing teams to tailor campaigns to each market’s unique needs and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and optimise the full‑funnel online marketing mix to drive ROI and meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to develop data‑driven strategies and budget plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, finance planners and Business Intelligence leads on pacing, budgeting and testing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between account managers and local teams to ensure resource alignment.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests from local leads and maintain ownership of the market’s online marketing strategy and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing major online marketing channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Proven analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven results.
• Self‑motivated team player eager to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with major online marketing channels (e.g., paid search, display, social).
• Working knowledge of paid‑media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with tracking and reporting platforms.
