Online Performance Marketing and Campaigns Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Online Performance Marketing and Campaigns Lead to own end‑to‑end planning, execution and governance of multi‑channel digital campaigns. You will translate strategic investment plans into detailed timelines, manage budgets, and ensure flawless delivery across Samsung.com paid media, marketplace solutions, affiliate programs and Live Commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalise approved channel investment plans into detailed execution timelines and checklists, maintaining a single source of truth for campaign readiness.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution governance across all digital channels.
• Lead, coach and manage two campaign managers on secondment, assigning clear ownership and intervening only to unblock.
• Govern campaign budgets, ensuring each activation is supported by approved documentation before launch.
• Act as the day‑to‑day interface with agencies, translating direction into briefs and validating outputs against scope and budget.
• Collect and validate proof‑of‑execution documentation for invoice validation and audit compliance.
• Consolidate performance insights, spend reconciliation and post‑campaign reports, highlighting anomalies and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with full budget responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing agencies and external vendors, including briefing, delivery validation and financial compliance.
• Prior people‑management experience with a coaching mindset.
• Experience in e‑commerce or marketplace marketing environments (e.g., Amazon AMS, Lazada, Shopee) is strongly preferred.
