Online Sales Manager / Ecommerce Manager (B2C)

About the role

A public listed multinational with a portfolio of businesses in property, hospitality and retail across Asia Pacific has opened a digital Ecommerce division and is hiring an Online Sales Manager (Online B2C) in Singapore. You will drive sales conversions and top-line goals using data insights, own the marketing budget and work closely with marketing teams to optimise their ROIs.

Key responsibilities

• Define each brand's target audience to drive buyer acquisition, design CRM programmes and encourage repeat purchases
• Lead and manage direct-to-consumer ecommerce promotions across SEO, SEM, content marketing, product management, social media and other digital channels
• Work with the Data Analytics team to generate metrics and analysis on business processes, customer experience and sales growth
• Drive requirements for website usability improvements (UX/UI), navigation, shopping and checkout experience, and work with Product Management and Operations teams

Required profile

• Good years of experience managing pure-play online ecommerce
• At least 5-6 years in social commerce, performance marketing, site merchandising and ecommerce
• Proven track record of B2C .com sales
• Regional fashion experience is an added advantage

Required skills

• Exposure to ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify and Demandware
