Channel Sales and Business Development Manager

About the role

X-PHY, part of Flexxon, a global cybersecurity technology company behind its X-PHY firmware-level security solution, is looking for a Channel Sales and Business Development Manager to join its Singapore headquarters. The role acts as the operational anchor for remote global field teams (AMER/LATAM) and focuses on growing inside partner relationships, qualifying leads and registering deals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for mid-tier partners, delivering virtual product walkthroughs, onboarding toolkits and sales collateral
• Follow up on leads, support partners on joint co-selling opportunities and drive tier-2 partner engagement
• Advocate for partner needs while aligning their growth with company sales goals
• Bridge remote field managers (AMER/LATAM) with Singapore-based engineering and product teams on custom requests
• Review and validate deal registrations in the CRM/PRM systems to enforce rules of engagement
• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations, partner certification tracking and proof-of-performance audits
• Provide weekly dashboards on channel pipelines, active reseller percentages and deal registration hygiene

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in B2B tech inside sales, channel business development or channel operations
• Excellent consultative communication and listening skills
• Proven business acumen and ability to resolve channel conflicts diplomatically

Required skills

• Strong familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) workflows
