Operation Executive Cum Driver

About the role

The Operation Executive Cum Driver will safely transport workers, materials and equipment to construction sites across Singapore while supporting daily site logistics. The role combines driving duties with basic site support to keep projects running on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Transport workers, materials and equipment safely and efficiently to various construction sites.
• Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely site operations.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and coordinate site logistics.
• Support site supervisors with daily operational tasks and basic coordination.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations during transportation and site activities.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and perform basic upkeep.
• Record deliveries, transport schedules and site movements accurately.
• Help with simple site support duties such as moving materials and basic setup.
• Organise store areas, verify hardware and material quantities, and maintain inventory records.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a construction or logistics environment.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform basic site support duties when required.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, Sundays and public holidays.
