About the role
Manages commercial relationships with key accounts of DSV, ensuring business growth and profitability. Develops account plans, conducts regular business reviews and analyses performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain account plans aligned with corporate and regional strategies.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual business review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze account performance, identify business opportunities and potential risks, and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate implementation of new business, handover SOPs to operations and monitor compliance.
- Escalate customer concerns and service issues to relevant stakeholders and follow up on corrective actions.
- Create, update and track opportunities through CRM and manage RFQ processes.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Business Management, Logistics or Transportation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the supply chain industry.
- Strong functional and commercial understanding of logistics, air/sea transport and SCM solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local market, customers and competitors.
