Operations and IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations and IT Manager to lead daily marine operations, coordinate cross‑departmental activities and improve efficiency for a well‑established marine company in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily marine operations ensuring smooth workflows.
• Prepare operational reports, work schedules and performance updates for management.
• Manage procurement and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to support project execution.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and port authorities to maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Lead and supervise the operations team to drive productivity.
• Identify and resolve IT‑related issues, including installation and maintenance of peripherals.
• Procure, manage and document assets and devices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience working in Singapore and at least 5 years overall.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as internet and email communication.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational abilities demonstrated through team and project management.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
