Operations Coordinator

About the role

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is looking for an Operations Coordinator in Singapore. The role provides administrative, coordination and planning support to Operations, including data handling, contractor supervision and participation in safety and continuous improvement programmes. It is an onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Download and manage SAP data, including monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR for capacity planning and HPP productivity review, and performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate and lead time tracking.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to provide daily coordination and planning, and with Operation Leaders to close EHS and quality findings in a timely way.
• Act as Level 3 project coordinator: carry out pre-job EHS assessments for contractors and supervise them in line with EHS requirements.
• Escort contractors in and out of the premises in compliance with Global Trade requirements.
• Take part in safety and continuous improvement programmes, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and other tasks assigned by the Building Unit Manager.
• Be willing to work on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and to cover weekend duty as a supervisor.

Required profile

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
• Proficiency in hard skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication.
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred: minimum 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
