Operations Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily operational activities across relevant departments or functions
• Monitor workflows and flag issues or bottlenecks to the right people in a timely way
• Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation to support operational reporting
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth communication and task follow-through
• Prepare reports, summaries and updates for management review as required
• Assist with scheduling, logistics and resource planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement more efficient ways of working
• Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing and data entry

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• Prior experience in an operations, coordination or administrative role is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks and priorities at once
• Good written and verbal English
• Meticulous attention to detail, collaborative team player who can also work independently
• Positive attitude and quick adaptation to changing priorities
