Operations Coordinator (Marine HR)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international shipping company to recruit an Operations Coordinator for its Marine HR team in Singapore. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with basic administrative experience who enjoy planning, organising and supporting people‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly officer briefing programmes, handling scheduling, logistics and accommodation.
• Liaise with vessel officers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Support interview scheduling and general Marine HR administration tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting materials for the team.
• Assist with audits, projects and other team initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Maritime Studies or any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
