Operations Engineering Associate (Graduate Programme)

About the role

RTX's Collins Aerospace Singapore offers a two-year Operations Engineering Graduate Development Programme for early-career professionals. It builds strong operational foundations first, then adds broader engineering and cross-functional exposure. The programme includes a shopfloor immersion across Collins manufacturing operations, followed by rotations across key functions.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in daily manufacturing and production operations and support shopfloor problem-solving.
• Analyse manufacturing data and operational performance trends.
• Help with troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams on engineering and operational projects.
• Apply CORE operating system principles in day-to-day work and drive discipline in safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Present project updates, findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industry Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
• Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and operations.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on shopfloor environment on a rotating shift basis.
• Teamwork, growth mindset and good communication skills.
