Operations Manager – Landscape Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple landscape maintenance sites in Singapore. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple sites.
• Plan work schedules and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate site supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing feedback promptly.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and maintenance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation systems, and pest management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
