About the role

This senior leadership position oversees the Singapore hub of a global industrial technology company serving advanced manufacturing and semiconductor markets. The role combines commercial growth responsibilities with end‑to‑end operational management across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asian region through direct and channel sales.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Expand distribution networks and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers in the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Oversee local operations, including warehouse, logistics coordination, and delivery performance.
• Manage forecasting, profitability, and overall business performance while supporting scalable growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Singapore team, acting as the primary bridge between regional customers and global headquarters.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, or site leadership roles.
• Strong background in the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record managing regional sales and distribution networks across multiple markets.
• Experience operating in international, cross‑cultural environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and coordinate with OEM discussions across U.S. time zones.
• Fluent English communication.
