Operations Supervisor – Food Business

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our food‑stuff business in Singapore. The role will lead a high‑performing team, drive operational excellence and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team, managing recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews.
• Design and execute departmental goals, strategies and daily operational plans aligned with corporate targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse data and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Act as the communication bridge between senior leadership and the team, ensuring clear two‑way information flow.
• Collaborate with other department heads to achieve cross‑functional objectives and maintain alignment.
• Assist in budgeting and allocate resources such as personnel, technology and tools efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
