Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our day‑to‑day processes at our confectionery facility in Ang Mo Kio. The role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic planning to drive efficiency, cost reduction and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes across the production line.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for business functions, including customer support.
• Analyse business requirements and customer needs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Research and implement methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on department performance metrics.
• Supervise, coach and train employees to ensure high performance.
• Provide administrative support such as updating inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising operational teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret business data.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and inventory management.
