QC Inspector – Quality Control in Cosmetics Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a QC Inspector to join our cosmetics manufacturing team in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. The role involves ensuring product quality and compliance through rigorous testing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology testing, including environmental control, raw material, and finished product testing.
• Perform quality checks on incoming raw materials, packaging, pre‑weighed materials, in‑process and final products.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, equipment, cleanliness, and the DI water system.
• Monitor pre‑weighing processes and manage retention samples, SDS and COA documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and product testing for improvements based on customer complaints.
• Support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.
• Update and maintain GMP and ISO records in the SAP system.
• Ensure compliance with HSA GMP guidelines, environmental practices, and health‑and‑safety policies.
• Manage pest‑control contracts and oversee monthly inspections.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and other projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemistry or related discipline (advantageous).
• 2–3 years of QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to act with integrity.
• Willingness to learn and perform hands‑on tasks.
• Basic computer literacy.
