About the role

Oracle EBS Support professionals provide essential back‑fill to keep business operations running smoothly. They deliver ongoing support for CRM, Operations, and Finance modules, handling incidents, enhancements, and regulatory or business changes.

Key responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle E‑Business Suite applications.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure stability, performance, and availability of Oracle EBS modules.
Manage incidents, implement enhancements, and address regulatory or business changes as needed.
