OSAT Account Manager – Semiconductor Assembly & Test

About the role

The OSAT Account Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end operational management of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) partners. The role ensures stable execution, delivery reliability, quality performance and capacity availability across all assigned semiconductor programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operational relationship with OSAT partners, coordinating delivery, capacity and issue resolution across multiple programs.
• Manage purchase order creation, release and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and program needs.
• Plan and monitor OSAT capacity for prototype, ramp‑up and volume production, identifying bottlenecks and driving mitigation actions.
• Steer supplier performance through KPI monitoring, corrective actions and escalation of quality or delivery issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor backend operations, OSAT management or supplier operations.
• Strong understanding of assembly and test processes, automotive/industrial requirements and production flows.

Required skills

• Purchase order management and execution.
• Supplier performance monitoring and KPI steering.
• Capacity planning and ramp‑up coordination.
• Quality management including audits, qualifications and compliance (e.g., IATF 16949).
