About the role
We are seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations across our Singapore outlets, ensuring smooth service, high productivity, and achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily opening and closing duties are properly executed.
- Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Respond efficiently to customer feedback.
- Liaise with Central Kitchen and external suppliers for ordering.
- Manage stock levels of beverages, utensils, and cutlery.
- Handle backend duties such as sales reports, stock takes, and scheduling.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are adhered to.
- Assist other outlets when needed.
Required profile
- Recruiting and hiring of restaurant staff.
- Responsible for induction and on‑the‑job training of new and promoted employees.
- Managing employee performance, discipline, and achieving target sales and profit levels.
