About the role

As our Overnight Chef de Partie, you'll be the driving force behind the kitchen during the night—ensuring exceptional In‑Room Dining experiences for our guests while preparing the hotel for a successful day ahead. This role is for a confident and passionate chef who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their station, and finds satisfaction in delivering consistency when it matters most.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of overnight kitchen operations and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality In‑Room Dining orders with consistency and attention to detail.
• Set up the morning team for success through meticulous breakfast preparation and mise en place.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor stock levels, manage food rotation, and minimise waste through careful planning.
• Support menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams regarding guest requests and operational needs.
• Support team members while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with a luxury hospitality brand.
• Passion for culinary excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to learn quickly.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
