Overseas Management Trainee – Marketing (Singapore)

About the role

The Overseas Management Trainee program is designed for high‑potential fresh graduates (Class of 2026/2027) to develop into regional marketing leaders for emerging markets in Southeast and South Asia. Based in Singapore, you will work on real‑world campaigns, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain exposure to multiple Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and user engagement across Southeast and South Asia.
• Support end‑to‑end campaign management, from concept approval to launch and post‑campaign analysis.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce Operations, and Regional Sales to align strategies and messaging.
• Help manage digital channels (social media, SEM, KOL partnerships), deploy content, and track performance.
• Contribute to budget allocation, spend tracking, and data‑driven performance reporting.

Required profile

• Class of 2026/2027 graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Internship or campus project experience in marketing, brand communications, digital marketing or content operations.
• Strong interest in emerging consumer markets of Malaysia, Indonesia, India and surrounding regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Proven project‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
