Overseas Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Overseas Marketing Specialist will lead bilibili’s efforts to expand brand awareness and drive user growth across key international markets. You will shape and execute strategies that enhance the platform’s presence, engage global audiences, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and user growth in overseas regions, strengthening bilibili’s market presence.
• Manage and grow international social media channels, creating acquisition, engagement, and content distribution plans.
• Plan and launch go‑to‑market campaigns, collaborating with media partners, creators, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, user feedback, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Use data analysis to improve traffic, acquisition, conversion, engagement, and creator performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1–3 years of experience in overseas or brand marketing, user growth, or community operations.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese) are a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of global social media platforms and content ecosystems, with hands‑on experience in content or growth marketing.
• Strong interest in ACG, streaming, short‑form video, or related entertainment sectors.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience or network in markets such as Japan, Southeast Asia, or North America is highly preferred.
• Passion for youth culture, digital trends, and evolving content consumption behaviors.
