Paralegal – Civil Litigation

About the role

Our firm is seeking a diligent Paralegal with a focus on civil litigation to support our attorneys in delivering high‑quality legal services. The successful candidate will be punctual, organized, and excel at managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Summarize cases and prepare detailed reports for attorneys.
• Conduct legal research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings.
• Prepare and file documents with the courts.
• Organize and archive documents related to ongoing and completed cases.
• Monitor changes in the legal framework and provide timely updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to commute to the Singapore office (postal code 068805).
