About the role
The National University of Singapore (NTU) is looking for experienced candidates to teach academic writing and communication skills in its Language and Communication Centre. The position is part-time and involves teaching 2-hour tutorials.
Key responsibilities
- Teach 2-hour tutorials on academic writing and communication skills
- Prepare classes
- Assess student assignments according to guidelines
- Be available for student consultations
- Work with curriculum writers on curriculum matters
- Work with coordinators on administrative matters
Required profile
- Master's degree or higher in Linguistics, Education or Literature
- At least 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience at tertiary level
