About the role
The School of Social Sciences at NTU is looking for part-time lecturers to deliver practical knowledge to students of the Master of Science in Applied Economics programme. The lecturer conducts lectures, tutorials and assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct lectures and/or tutorials
- Assess projects
- Set exam questions and conduct invigilation
- Mark exam scripts and enter exam marks into the online system
- Take part in Board of Examiners meetings to discuss student marks and general examination matters
Required profile
- PhD degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
- Extensive industry and/or academic experience
Required skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to facilitate classroom-based and online learning
