Part-Time Lecturer – Renewable Energy & Fuels (MSc)

About the role

Nanyang Technological University seeks a part‑time lecturer to teach and assess the postgraduate course CH6261 Renewable Energy and Fuels within the MSc Chemical Engineering programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the course outline, learning plan, and assessment materials.
• Prepare and submit course notes and instructional resources to the CCEB MSc team by set deadlines.
• Deliver lectures and tutorials in line with the syllabus and learning plan.
• Provide formative, timely feedback and monitor student progress throughout the term.
• Set, mark, and submit assessment results as required.
• Collaborate with the CCEB MSc team to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Adhere to NTU policies on intellectual property rights and academic integrity.
• Perform any additional tasks necessary for the course’s success.

Required profile

• Expertise in Advanced Reaction Engineering.
• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Advanced Reaction Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Current practitioner of Advanced Reaction Engineering processes or research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the operations of a research‑intensive university in Singapore.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
