Partner - Banking Financial Services (APAC)

About the role

Infosys Consulting, the worldwide management and IT consultancy unit of the Infosys Group, is hiring a Partner for its Banking Financial Services practice. The role pursues and grows deep client relationships at executive and senior management level, provides overall leadership on critical engagements and works closely with global Infosys and client teams. It is a newly created position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and position Financial Services as a strategically important offering for new and existing clients across the APAC region.
• Lead, mentor and develop people within the APAC Financial Services Consulting practice.
• Work with Other Associate Partners and Industry leads to sell related consulting services, often as part of larger transformation initiatives.
• Take ownership of proposals and lead solution creation and implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network with industry experts and forums, and contribute to firm building through recruitment, training and intellectual property such as POV's and whitepapers.

Required profile

• Proven revenue and practice growth, with the ability to define and deliver solutions.
• Proven consulting experience in business, IT, banking or financial services.
• Experience leading, developing and guiding teams, with banking domain experience.
• Significant experience delivering large and complex business and sales targets.
