Partner Marketing Lead

About the role

The ASEAN Partner Marketing Lead will drive demand generation and pipeline growth with Salesforce’s top 25 partners across the region. This individual contributor role blends demand‑generation discipline, cross‑functional orchestration, and partner relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the demand‑generation strategy and go‑to‑market plans for top 25 partners, designing multi‑channel co‑marketing campaigns such as digital programs, ABM, webinars, roundtables and regional events.
• Collaborate with ASEAN Field Marketing, Strategic Events, Product Marketing, Communications and Demand Generation to integrate partner campaigns into broader regional marketing programs.
• Manage campaign performance, budget and operations in Salesforce, tracking pipeline impact and delivering regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B demand generation, field marketing or partner marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑paced SaaS or enterprise‑tech environment.
• Proven ability to work across diverse internal marketing functions and manage co‑marketing programs with systems integrators or strategic channel partners.
• Metric‑driven mindset with strong data‑analytics capabilities and experience managing budgets and campaign operations.
