Partnership Manager

About the role

The Partnership Manager will lead outreach and engagement with non‑geographical partners, supporting internal teams to build strategic, meaningful collaborations that connect the government with citizens. This role focuses on research, relationship development, and feedback gathering to drive responsive public services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct evidence‑based research and environmental scanning to identify potential partners and co‑creation opportunities.
• Perform periodic data analysis, maintain up‑to‑date records of programmes, and generate insights for outreach strategies.
• Work closely with internal divisions and grassroots units to understand ground needs and match partners to relevant initiatives.
• Facilitate partner involvement in major government programmes, dialogues, and networking sessions.
• Provide account management and serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, manage, and provide secretariat support for signature programmes and partnership committees.
• Support feedback gathering, opinion‑leader development, and communication of government policies through regular engagements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of community and corporate partnership dynamics.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, programme management, and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to translate partner needs into collaborative initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal coordination and external outreach.
