About the role
NIQ is seeking a Senior Manager for SA&I to lead its Customer Success team. You will act as a trusted partner for clients, translating their strategic goals into actionable insights and guiding a team of research analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Coach, develop, and inspire analysts, fostering career growth and innovative approaches.
- Manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure client requirements are met.
- Deliver analytics and insights services, including Guided Analytics and NIQ GFK CMI products such as Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper, and Qualitative research.
- Identify growth opportunities during client engagements and hand them off to Account Development.
- Share best practices and industry knowledge across NIQ‑GFK internal teams.
Required profile
- High‑performing individual with a strong focus on client centricity and satisfaction.
- Proven ability to develop long‑lasting client relationships.
- Awareness of the market landscape, NIQ CMI products, and related processes.
- Experience leading and coaching analytical or research teams.
