Partnerships Lead – APAC Region

About the role

Supabase is looking for a Partnerships Lead to drive partner development across APAC. The role will bridge global partnership strategy with the commercial and regulatory realities of the region, based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and close new partners across integration, solution, cloud, marketplace and startup motions.
• Localise and activate globally‑sourced partnerships for the APAC market, including co‑selling and co‑marketing.
• Work with sub‑function leads to translate global strategy into regional execution and represent Supabase at APAC events.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development or channel roles within APAC.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple partner motions without a single specialist playbook.
• Experience building a regional function from a previously different region.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work independently across time zones.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Established senior‑level network of partner connections in APAC.
