About the role
This part‑time position supports Cushman & Wakefield’s customers in Bedok by delivering accurate information and friendly assistance across the company’s full range of services. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate and consistent information.
- Communicate clearly, capture customer feedback and address queries.
- Organise tasks and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain good service delivery standards throughout each interaction.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum O Level or Nitec certification (or equivalent).
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of three months.
- Availability to work up to 35 hours per week, including Saturdays and public holidays.
