Payroll Compliance Analyst – Singapore

About the role

Deel is looking for a Payroll Compliance Analyst to join its Singapore team. You will work closely with product and development teams to ensure that Deel’s payroll engine meets Singapore’s regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Specialists to gather country‑specific payroll compliance requirements.
• Translate legal requirements into technical specifications for the payroll engine.
• Educate the Product team on Singapore legislation and verify implementation through testing.
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations.
• Monitor new in‑country requirements and keep the Product team up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Singapore.
• Advanced knowledge of Singapore payroll tax and compliance rules.
