Payroll Executive – West Area/Logistics (In-house)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Payroll Executive to manage the end‑to‑end payroll process for roughly 500 employees across the West area and logistics functions. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll execution while complying with Singapore statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 500 staff members.
• Handle payroll changes such as new hires, salary adjustments, resignations and final payments.
• Prepare and submit statutory contributions and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS and government‑paid leave.
• Generate monthly payroll reports and reconcile records with the Finance team.
• Maintain the HRIS, attendance and leave management system to support accurate payroll.
• Ensure payroll practices align with company policies and Singapore regulations.
• Produce management and audit reports, and support regulatory submissions.
• Assist with HRIS/payroll system enhancements and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Respond to employee payroll enquiries and perform additional HR‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on payroll experience (HR Generalist background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll statutory requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with Times Software.
• Familiarity with E‑Cirtrix.
