Performance Marketing Assistant Manager – Digital Traffic & Sales

About the role

Join UNIQLO's Marketing team in Singapore as a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the digital traffic, sales and revenue growth for the market, shaping the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define success metrics, analyse results and align them with overall business KPIs.
• Design digital marketing roadmaps and lead key campaigns (e.g., double‑digit festivals) across Social, SEM and SEO.
• Develop mid‑term, seasonal, monthly and weekly plans to meet performance targets.
• Brief creative requirements and coordinate with agencies and internal teams for paid media execution.
• Prepare budgets, media briefs and manage affiliate partnerships to drive revenue.
• Track, report and optimise campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates).
• Analyse channel performance and champion global best practices.
• Ensure compliance with online creative guidelines and translate brand identity into consumer‑facing content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, digital or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Result‑oriented and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience with affiliate platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
