Performance & Transformation Manager

About the role

The Performance & Transformation Manager will act as the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in the Singapore region, bridging regional teams with central ASCX pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the regional commercial project portfolio’s financial impact and performance metrics.
• Lead and support regional and global transformation projects using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure timely achievement of milestones and deliverables, including the AOS regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX in regional forums such as R‑CSRB and other commercial boards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience leading cross‑functional, regional and global continuous improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills, with ability to present to senior leadership.
