Personal Trainer (Adults & Seniors Specialist)

A mission-driven coaching studio in Singapore is hiring a full-time personal trainer to help adults and seniors move better, stay strong and live with confidence. Key responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one personal training sessions to adult and senior clients across structured daily shifts
• Design safe and effective programmes using evidence-based methods and a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with clients, helping them regain confidence, reduce pain and improve functional independence
• Follow clear coaching systems and session structures for consistent, high-quality delivery
• Take part in weekly mentorship and continuous professional development
• Work closely with the coaching team and contribute to programme design, taking on expanded responsibilities as you progress through defined career stages

Required profile

• At least 1 year of coaching or personal training experience
• Certified Personal Trainer (CTP) qualification, or a genuine willingness to obtain one
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with seniors is not required; full training is provided

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of anatomy, physiology and evidence-based training principles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to motivate clients and adapt coaching style to their needs
• Commitment to client care and professional growth, and a professional, team-oriented mindset
