About the role

Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join its on‑site team in Singapore. You will provide professional phlebotomy services, support special projects, and ensure high‑quality specimen handling while delivering excellent customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of corporate and special projects.
• Perform phlebotomy services on‑site as part of a professional team.
• Provide superior care and customer service during specimen collection.
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards at all times.
• Manage smooth workflow for specimen reception.
• Address client relations and service issues from assigned projects.
• Maintain consistent service and productivity in a demanding environment.
• Handle escalated complaints to ensure satisfactory recovery and corrective action.
• Uphold a safe and clean working environment by following safety procedures.

Required profile

• Certification in phlebotomy.
• Proven experience as a phlebotomist in a clinical or laboratory setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
