Planner and Control

About the role

The Planner and Control role is responsible for high‑complexity manufacturing scheduling across multiple lines, ensuring on‑time delivery and efficient line performance. You will work closely with product support, R&D, and manufacturing teams to align capacity and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control multi‑line manufacturing schedules, considering business demand, material constraints and capacity.
• Own tool configuration, slotting and NPMA (Non‑Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Design efficient production lines focusing on responsiveness, inventory and workload balance.
• Monitor line performance and drive KPI improvements such as OTD, EOP, CT and SOE.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training period allocation.
• Coordinate field support activities, retrofit projects and home‑tool support.
• Serve as main contact for product support and R&D teams, managing option build plans and R&D needs.
