Planner and Control

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Planner and Control professional to manage high‑complexity manufacturing line scheduling and ensure efficient production across multiple lines in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control high‑complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing and material constraints.
• Own tool configuration and slotting, and manage NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation.
• Design efficient production lines focusing on responsiveness, inventory, and linear workload.
• Monitor line performance and drive KPI improvements such as OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training period allocation.
• Coordinate field support activities, act as main contact for Product Support and R&D teams, and plan manufacturing activities at the field.
• Determine required manufacturing capacity, manage retrofit projects, and oversee home tools support and R&D needs.
