Planning and Control Planner – Shift Role

About the role

The Production and Control Planner supports material control, inventory transactions and quality notification activities for manufacturing operations. Working on a 12‑hour shift schedule, you will be the primary contact for part status inquiries and ensure accurate inventory management in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to ad‑hoc part status queries from Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, providing updates on material availability and shortages.
• Coordinate and execute Quality Notification (QN) implementation, working closely with Quality, Engineering and Production to minimise operational impact.
• Perform SAP MIGO transactions for goods receipts, inventory transfers and stock adjustments, maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting project material availability.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, especially MIGO transactions (preferred).
• Familiarity with Quality Notification (QN) processes (advantage).
